The TIA DATA component enables the users to collect, transmit and store data. TIA DATA works in integration with time-series databases, NoSQL databases, and relational databases. It consists of three software modules, TIA DATA, TIA STORAGE, and TIA STREAM. TIA STORAGE stores data, and TIA STREAM transmits and processes streaming data without storage.
TIA STREAM enables the users to transfer data from data sources to the related destinations, TIA PLATFORM modules and/or different destinations.
TIA STORAGE enables the users to store data received from components such as sensors, PLCs, actuators, devices, MES, or machines.
TIA SECURITY enables users to increase the security of software developed within the scope of TIA PLATFORM and implements up-to-date security protocols.
