It provides continuous monitoring and reporting of production performance through shift management. It presents critical information in real-time, such as work order-based production status, planned and actual production quantities, downtime durations, and their reasons.     • Dashboard & Visualization: TIA MES offers real-time, role-based dashboards and interactive graphics.     • Maintenance Management: TIA MES offers periodic planning, work order creation, and historical reporting for maintenance management. TIA MES automatically creates work orders for the maintenance department during downtimes and automatically shares downtime explanation and solution information with the maintenance department. It optimizes equipment maintenance processes with maintenance calendar management and maintenance checklist creation features.     • Energy Management: TIA MES tracks real-time energy consumption by machine and performs work order-based energy cost analysis. It can monitor power factors, compensation control, and phase imbalance analysis. It helps reduce costs by providing periodic energy consumption reports and energy efficiency analysis with optimization recommendations. With this module, you can reduce operating costs while optimizing energy consumption and reducing environmental impacts. 

    • Production Planning: TIA MES offers machine capacity utilization analysis, planning features and scheduling and optimization of work orders. It provides job prioritization capability by tracking real-time production status. It offers capacity improvement recommendations by performing route, bill of materials (BOM) based planning, BOM traceability, and bottleneck analysis. TIA MES improves production routes with backward planning according to delivery dates, load balancing based on work centers, and shift planning features. 

    • Quality Management: TIA MES enhances quality management through its integrated monitoring system. It maintains a complete record of quality control activities, including measurement data entries and device calibrations, while providing timely warnings when issues arise. The system helps organizations implement quality control plans that align with facility requirements and material specifications, all while ensuring ISO standards compliance. When measurements fall outside acceptable parameters, TIA MES automatically alerts both operators and production supervisors. Quality processes are fully integrated with production work orders through a comprehensive tracking system that covers first article inspection, interim checks, and final approval stages. To ensure product quality, TIA MES includes features for monitoring rework processes and can even halt production when quality issues are detected, preventing potential problems from affecting finished products.

    • Cutting Tool Monitoring: TIA MES provides cutting tool life tracking, lifecycle tracking, and tool magazine management. It prepares tool performance reports and tracks active and broken/worn/sharpened tools. TIA MES ensures efficient use of cutting tools and optimization of costs with tool inventory management features.
