TIA QualityHealth consists of applications that utilize deep learning algorithms focused on defect localization and classification, performing near real-time image analysis on streaming data, and employing defect detection algorithms.
The first step of defect localization is using the relevant dataset. The TEKNOPAR image processing library is utilized at this stage. Images of defective and defect-free products are collected by industrial high-resolution cameras. The library contains functions for data augmentation, resizing, defective data identification, image enhancement, region of interest (ROI) extraction, evaluation, and appropriate labeling for their uses. Deep learning, classical image processing, or statistical methods are developed according to defect detection requirements. Thanks to the algorithms in the library, defects are localized and evaluated.,The results are presented to users through web-based applications. As a flexible system, TIA QualityHealth can be customized according to users' specific needs and requirements.
