TIA Guard

Designed for industrial environments, TIA Guard detects and prevents collisions and impacts that may occur during machine operation. It features a built-in high-range vibration sensor.

With real-time vibration monitoring, the sensor continuously tracks vibration levels at the installed location. If predefined thresholds are exceeded, TIA Guard takes immediate action by stopping the machine or switching it to standby mode.

TIA Guard is developed to meet IP68 standards, making it resistant to water, industrial oils, chemicals, and dust particles.

In CNC machines, its TIA MES integration provides active tracking of the cutting tool number. Additionally, TIA Guard automatically adjusts acceleration threshold values based on the cutting tool properties and material, minimizing false stops and reducing the risk of collisions.

TIA Guard can be used in robotic arm systems, CNC machines, and other industrial equipment at risk of collisions, breakages, and similar impacts.

TIA Guard hardware is mounted on the motor surface using magnets or adhesive methods, eliminating the need for cutting or drilling on the machine.

TIA Guard integrates with TIA MES, TIA Platform’s performance monitoring and prediction system, and stores collision records.
